1. Water Filtration and Treatment

Water is the primary ingredient in the carbonated beverage production process, so ensuring its quality is crucial. The RITA factory utilizes modern filtration technology, including:

Sand and activated carbon filtration: Removes impurities, color, and odor from the water.
Reverse osmosis (RO) system: Eliminates remaining impurities, achieving high purity levels.
UV sterilization: Kills bacteria, ensuring the water meets safety standards.

2. Preparation of Ingredient Mixture

This stage plays a crucial role in creating the distinctive flavors of each carbonated beverage line. The preparation process at the RITA factory follows these detailed steps:

After the water meets the required standards, the next stage is the preparation of the syrup mixture, including:

Fruit juice extraction: Fresh fruits such as pineapple, lychee, apple, and passion fruit are carefully selected, thoroughly processed, and then cold-pressed to retain their natural flavor and nutrients.
Mixing sugar and water: Cane sugar or natural sweeteners are dissolved in a precisely measured amount of water, ensuring a balanced and consistent sweetness.
Adding spices and flavorings: Depending on the product line, natural or synthetic flavors such as vanilla, lemon, and pineapple are incorporated to create a distinct and appealing aroma.
Pasteurization: The mixed ingredients are subjected to high-temperature pasteurization to eliminate harmful bacteria and ensure food safety standards.

3. Blending and Carbonation

The syrup mixture is then blended with purified water and CO2 gas. The carbonation process helps create sparkling bubbles, giving the carbonated beverage its distinctive refreshing taste.

4. Filling and Packaging

Once the desired properties are achieved, the product is transferred to an automated filling line to ensure hygiene and accurate measurement of carbonated beverage content in each unit.

PET bottles/Aluminum cans: Depending on market demand and customer preferences, the product is packaged in PET bottles or aluminum cans of different capacities for convenience.
Labeling: The product labels are designed attractively, containing complete information on ingredients, usage instructions, and food safety certifications.
Production date and expiration date printing: Laser printing technology ensures clear information, making it easy for consumers to track the product's shelf life.
Quality control before release: All products undergo stringent quality control checks before being released, including:
- Checking the seal integrity of bottles/cans to ensure no leakage.
- Measuring internal pressure to ensure carbonation levels meet the standard.
- Inspecting the product's appearance to eliminate defective items.
- Conducting random taste tests to maintain flavor consistency.

After passing all quality checks, the products are packed into cartons and stored before distribution to the market.
